# Karz Setu

Karz Setu helps small business owners get work done through a single request.

MCA preparation: identify the filing, show documents needed, read supported
PDFs when private processing is enabled, let the owner correct details, and
prepare a PDF and a review link for their CA or CS. Sample review links need
no recipient account, expire with the filing, and can be revoked. They permit
reading and marking reviewed only; changing details resets review status.
Private filings, when enabled, retain account-restricted access. Missing details
and uncertain requirements remain visible. Nothing is signed, paid or filed
with MCA. Form coverage and current rules require professional review.

Other business needs: when business help is enabled, give an answer or an
online-tool recommendation with a reason, official link and next steps.
ChatGPT is preferred for supported tasks; professionals use Justdial.
Opening a website does not finish the task or transfer documents. The owner
chooses what to copy, publish, buy, send or share.

Availability is controlled by separate operational switches. Real uploads,
Google sign-in, Gmail and business recommendations may be unavailable.
Respect the live interface; do not claim a disabled feature is active.
Examples use fictional documents and are labelled. Existing legacy CHG-1
sample routes retain their original simulation disclosures; they are not the
current entry journey. Never direct a new filing through mock signing or SRNs.
