Your documents

Filings currently use fictional sample documents. Do not enter private document details into a sample filing.

Document text, filenames, saved details, supporting quotes and a record of changes stay in your filing for seven days. Access ends when it expires. Deletion from storage follows our scheduled cleanup rules. Use Manage filing to download or delete your saved data, even when preparation is paused.

Your questions

Perplexity may read your request and follow-up messages to find the right next step or research filing rules. Leave out personal IDs, account numbers and contact details. Filing research is saved privately for 15 minutes, so preparation uses the result you checked. Access ends at expiry; storage cleanup follows separately.

Business suggestions and messages you edit stay in this browser tab for up to 24 hours, tied to your account. They clear when you start again or change accounts. They are not saved as filings.

Sharing

For sample filings, anyone with your review link can read the prepared details and mark them reviewed, without signing in. You choose whether to create and send the link. It expires with the filing, and you can stop sharing at any time. Changing the details resets the review. A review does not verify professional qualifications.

Stop sharing removes their access, but cannot take back files they already downloaded. Nothing here signs, pays or submits a filing to the government.

Other websites

Copying a message saves it to your device clipboard. Opening another website does not send it your message or documents. You choose what to paste or share there. Those services have their own accounts, fees and privacy terms.

We count results, recommendations, copies and website opens to check that the service works. These logs do not contain your request or message text.

Who processes your data

Google Cloud and Firebase run the website, sign-in and private storage. Perplexity helps interpret requests and research filing rules. Application logs exclude document text, filenames, saved values and access tokens.

Samples and older cases

Sample cases contain fictional data and stay separate from your documents. Older sample-only CHG-1 cases retain their original simulation boundaries and cannot submit, sign or pay. You can still delete or export your saved case.
